12:12:  Bill introduces USL President, Tim Holt.

“Timing is everything”.  The time is now.  We agree.

STL is the 17th franchise, joining Colorado and Tulsa as the expansion class that will play in 2015.

3 Conferences is the goal:  West, central, and east.

MLS affiliation and integration is good for the sport and the leagues.

Calls the owners to the front…time to get a franchise.
